A study of the features of inheritance and interaction of genes regulating the cell cycle was carried out, as a result of which combinations of alleles of six genes (Myc-L, p21, CDK4, CDK2, Rb1, ING1), leading to a change in their expression, as well as a five-factor model of interaction of the studied genes were revealed. new, reflecting the mechanism of the formation of a high risk of developing oncopathology. The identified combinations of non-protective alleles of the genes of the cell cycle can be used to determine the risk of developing cancer.

Keywords:cell cycle, cancer, gene, allele, genotype, gene interaction, mutation, proliferation.
