Relevance of implant-associated lymphoma

Implant-associated anaplastic large-cell lymphoma of the breast was allocated to a separate nosological unit of the WHO classification of 2016 due to differences in the clinical picture, pathogenesis and prognosis. The article presents a literature review and describes clinical observations of widespread implant-associated anaplastic large-cell lymphoma, which occurs with damage to the muscles of the anterior chest wall and bone marrow, breast tissue, and axillary lymph nodes.
