This study is aimed at studying the leukogram and leukocyte indices of blood, T - and B - lymphocyte subpopulations to assess the state and functioning of the cellular and humoral immunity in acute lead acetate intoxication. Studies have shown that the introduction of lead acetate in animals of the experimental group showed changes in the leukogram and leukocyte indices, the content of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20-lymphocytes, indicating the course of pathological processes, disruption of the cellular and humoral links of immunity, inhibition of immunoreactivity caused by the action of lead acetate.

Keywords:blood, lymphocytes, cellular immunity, humoral immunity, leukogram.
