Laryngeal paresis are identified and characterized by visualization of the larynx, which, along with the development of optical systems, significantly expands the possibilities of diagnostics and drawing up a rehabilitation plan; however, without voice diagnostics (perceptual, acoustic, aerodynamic and subjective) and electromyography, the clinical picture may be distorted. Atrophic changes in muscle tone correlate with the duration of their non-use. Therefore, voice therapy is in the first place among rehabilitation measures.
