The level of depression on the CES-D scale, the level of QOL-according to the KDQOL-SF ™ questionnaire. The population of CKD C5 patients receiving PGD therapy examined by the authors is characterized by a high prevalence of depression. Symptoms of depression negatively affect the QOL of patients with CKD C5 on PGD. The introduction of the methods used to assess QOL and depression in the protocol of management of patients with CKD C5 in dialysis centers will allow monitoring the indicators of QOL and symptoms of depression in patients for timely correction of their treatment. The results obtained by us can be used in planning psychological and psychopharmacological support of patients on PGD.
