Automated accounting of customer emotions in the process of providing travel services

this article discusses various ways to take into account the emotions of customers in the process of providing tourist services, using the example of health complexes in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Modern methods of affective calculations and ways of their application in real life are considered. Based on the analysis and comparison of existing solutions on the market, we offer our own solution that can automatically analyze customer behavior for subsequent processing.
