The dynamics and prognostic significance of the plasma level of free vascular adhesion molecules sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, sE-selectin in patients with severe forms of erysipelas in comparison with the severity of systemic inflammation have been studied. It has been shown, that the levels of sE-selectin (Sp. 80.9%, Se. 51%, cr> 770ng / ml; p <0.05) and sVCAM-1 (Sp. 95.7%, Se. 93.1%, cr> 1398ng / ml p <0.0001) have significantly prognostic. Early determination of the level of these indicators can become a preclinical marker of the development of organ failure.

Keywords:sepsis, erysipelas, adhesion molecules, organ failure, endothelial dysfunction.
