Chronic heart failure is a serious and complex disease that can significantly complicate a person's life or even put it at risk, especially for patients who have already suffered a myocardial infarction. For the possibility of effective maintenance therapy, it is a significant and urgent issue to identify the prognostic significance of the underlying factors of this disease. The article considers the essence of endothelial dysfunction and its prognostic value, as well as myocardial fibrosis. A study of the prognostic value of endothelial dysfunction and myocardial fibrosis was conducted, correct methods for predicting these factors were determined, their significance was established in the process of determining the criteria for the course of chronic heart failure in patients who had suffered a myocardial infarction.
