At the moment, the domestic policy of the Russian Federation is being formed in the difficult conditions of the foreign policy environment. Regional policy is based on a platform for equalizing indicators of socio-economic development. Maintaining the vital activity of the social and economic systems of the regions plays an important role in the management system of executive authorities (REB), incl. regional. In the interests of ensuring the feasibility of public administration, it is necessary to have a condition for the existence of the process of vital activity of the social and economic systems.
