On the convergence of the solution of the problem of loading a two-phase base by the finite element method

Saltanova Tatyana Viktorovna  (Associate Professor, Tyumen State University)

The article considers a model describing the stress-strain state of a two-phase body. A mathematical model is a system of partial differential equations that has no analytical solution. A numerical solution method is proposed, its convergence is shown, and the numerical solution is analyzed with a full-scale experiment.

Keywords:Model of the stress-strain state of a two-phase body, convergence of the method, finite element method, stiffness matrix of a two-phase element, Hooke's law, Fleman's problem, numerical experiment.
