Efficiency and safety of the titanium-based dynamic stabilization system in patients with degenerative stenosis of the lumbar spine and reduced bone density

The results of surgical treatment of 103 patients with degenerative spinal stenosis with the use of dynamic stabilization systems against the background of a decrease in bone tissue density were analyzed. Bone density was studied in a group of patients with identified bone erosion near the implant. The effectiveness of the use of dynamic stabilization systems in persons with osteoporosis has been confirmed. Criteria for the selection of patients with reduced bone density for the use of dynamic stabilization systems have been determined
