This article presents and analyzes the results of accounting for the number of model species of synanthropic birds at one of the open expositions (Big pound) of the Old territory of the Moscow Zoo. A number of patterns of seasonal population change are noted, and the interrelation of the influence of anthropogenic transformation (in particular, reconstruction and renovation of neighboring zoo expositions) on the dynamics of the number of individuals of the studied species is traced.
