despite significant progress in decrease of infant mortality, the rate of antenatal fetal death remains constant and low controllable. Due to the stillbirth multifactoriality it is relevant to perform an in-depth analysis of gestation course cases and acts of delivery to identify possible predictors of antenatal fetal death aiming at the development of preventive activities. The article reviews the analysis of possible connection of combined biochemical first trimester screening of pregnant patients having antenatal fetal death with a normal karyotype.
