The purpose of the study is to develop motivational measures relevant for different categories of employees. The key types of internal incentives and their prioritization by employees of different groups are identified. The features of motivational systems are considered depending on the level of positions held. The degree of relationship between risk sensitivity and motivation is determined. The hypothesis that a high level of internal stimulation directly affects the level of employee productivity has been confirmed.
