Evaluate the use of the internal capabilities of a compatible AMD64 multi-bit microprocessor to counter ionizing radiation

As part of the article, the author considers the analysis of the use of a multi-bit microprocessor, which is operated in extreme environmental conditions, such as space conditions. At the same time, for analysis, the simplest technical characteristics, such as the number of transistors, crystal area and technological process, are selected as characteristics.
