Main principles and patterns of the digital economy in the system of higher education

This article discusses the process of developing educational digital technologies that can modernize traditional forms of education to increase the level of the educational process in an educational institution. The definition of digital services and their types is given, as well as a detailed description of the service-financial model of the digital economic system of the university for the provision of educational services. In addition, the authors disclose a simulation method for describing the ongoing processes.
