Process analytics in modern researches

In this article, we provide a review of process mining as one of the latest tools for business process management, the advantages of this method for performing analysis and planning of processes are described, and we also observe basic principles for using the data contained in the information systems of companies to simulate existing processes, as well as to predict their future behavior. As part of the work, a review of other modern Russian and foreign studies in the field of application of process mining methods to improve process management in companies was performed.
