A new method reconstruction digestive tract after total gastrectomy

The article presents the results of the first clinical application of a new method for restoring the continuity of the digestive tract after gastrectomy, which allows, due to the original technical solution, to prevent biliary reflux into the esophagus and slow down the passage of food through the small intestine, which, despite a large number of modifications, remains a constructive drawback of loop esophagojejunal anastomoses with interintestinal anastomosis according to Brown, one of the traditional method reconstruction digestive tract after gastrectomy.
