Innovation commercialization funnel management model

As part of the study, the existing approaches to modeling innovation processes were analyzed. It was found that for the implementation of innovations in the current conditions of instability and volatility of economic systems, the most appropriate model is the innovation funnel model. A mathematical model was developed and proposed, which includes the main control parameters. By adjusting these parameters, the result of the entire innovation process is maximized, rather than individual stages or participants. For the proposed model of innovation management, a map of the distribution of responsibility of various subjects of the innovation infrastructure by stages of the funnel has been developed.
