The influence of the pandemic development factor within the Russian Federation on the interaction between the state and the banking sector

within the framework of this article, the problems of the impact of COVID-19 on the nature of relations between major economic actors - the state of the Russian Federation and banks are considered. The most important means of the pandemic's impact on the Russian economy, the state and dynamics of the banking sector during the pandemic are considered. Attention is drawn to the fact that the most difficult period for the banking sector was the first quarter of 20, then the situation significantly stabilized and the measures taken made it possible to significantly mitigate the consequences of the spread of the virus in relation to individual banks and the Russian Federation. Legislation adopted in the Russian Federation in 2020-2021 to stabilize the situation in the banking sector, in particular such measures as monitoring borrowers, are considered. It is noted that due to the active reaction to the crisis from the external conjuncture, credit institutions will have to constantly adapt in order to minimize the negative impact on banks, customers and employees.
