The outcomes of in vitro fertilization of women with uterine myoma after various types of treatment are considered. Based on a comparative analysis of the outcome of IVF, measures were proposed to prepare for pregnancy in these women, depending on the location of the myomatous nodes and the individual characteristics of the endometrial reception after the treatment of uterine fibroids.
