The analysis of breast cancer phenotypes in women treated in the cancer centre of Khabarovsk

The huge growth of oncological diseases is observed around the world, especially of hormone-depended cancers. Despite of the new diagnostic methods appearance and specific target treatment the situation is being became actually the worst. In 2018, 71312 new cases of breast cancer were identified in Russia, which is 89.9 per 100000 female population. The increase in incidence over 10 years is 32.2%. The Mortality was 22295 (31.2%) in Russia in 2018 The depressing situation is the diagnosis of tumors in the late stages. We have analyzed the data of tumors investigations by immunohistochemistry methods all women, who had been getting the treatment as surgery as specific therapy in oncology center of Khabarovsk city. The different morphology types and correlation with proliferating index and receptors status were investigated. The database were being gathered during whole calendar year. The big amount of tissue investigations allow to do certain conclusions now and plan predicting goals in the future. Certain patterns have been identified in the hormonal status of the tumor, which can be useful precisely when prescribing therapy, as well as conclusions about the role of Her/neu receptors and the possibility of prescribing a targeted drug trastuzumab.
