Difficulties of differential diagnosis in dilated cardiomyopathy

In the clinical practice of a doctor, there are cases with the unknown causes of dilation of the heart chambers. In such cases, setting a diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy implies the use of the wide range of laboratory, instrumental and radiological research methods to find out the underlying cause for the diagnosis. One of such complex variants of differential diagnosis is presented in the studied clinical case.
