Some issues in the organization of orthodontic care for children with dentoalveolar anomalies

A screening of the incidence of dentoalveolar anomalies in children in Makhachkala was carried out. It was revealed that 63% of children and adolescents have a pathology requiring treatment. An in-depth study of the effectiveness of the medical examination method showed that the main form of organizing orthodontic care for children is dynamic observation and rehabilitation by the medical examination method. As a result, the number of persons without pathology of the dentition increases by 8.3 times, the number of children with anomalies decreases by 7.2 times.
