Simulation logical and mathematical modeling of construction processes on a multivariate basis using a combinatorial approach in the framework of automation of organizational and technological design

The article presents an approach to the simulation of logical and mathematical modeling of construction processes on a multivariate basis using combinatorics methods to generate all possible feasible organizational and technological solutions for the production of construction works. The developed simulation logical-mathematical model is intended for automation of organizational and technological design of construction production on a variant basis and improvement of existing computer technologies of design of construction production. The essence of the proposed approach consists in the automated formation of a complete set of all feasible organizational and technological solutions (hereinafter referred to as OTR) for the production of construction works at each design stage based on the capabilities of the contractor construction and installation organization, the conditions of work, the characteristics of the construction object, followed by the selection of the best solution according to the specified criteria. The generation of alternative OTPs for the production of works at each stage of design is carried out using combinatorics methods with the generation of a complete set of feasible alternatives. If it is possible (clear criteria) to select preferred options at a certain stage of design (from the point of view of assessing the impact of the decision not only on the particular indicators of a certain stage of design, but the systemic impact on all stages and performance indicators of construction production), then such selection is carried out. If it is not possible to select the best options at a certain stage of design, then all generated alternative options for organizational and technological solutions for the production of construction works are transferred to the subsequent stages of design (modeling). Ultimately, the choice of the best option for the implementation of the construction process occurs after the completion of the entire complex of stages and tasks of organizational and technological design (modeling), taking into account how each particular solution affects the entire complex of interrelated tasks and stages, which allows for the full use of a systematic approach in the design (modeling) of construction production.
