Analysis of the need to introduce RPA technology to the university admissions committee RTU MIREA

The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of RPA technology in the admission committee of RTU MIREA. In this work, the modeling method in BPMN notation, functional cost analysis, comparative analysis, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis were used. The result of the study was to determine the feasibility of implementing the RPA system in RTU MIREA. Confirmation of the fact that the implementation of the RPA system will significantly increase the efficiency of business processes.
