The effect ofthe transferred treatment of uterine fibroids on the receptor apparatus of the endometrium

The results of a comparative analysis of the effect on the state of the receptor apparatus of the endometrium of various types of therapy for uterine fibroids – conservative myomectomy and embolization of the uterine arteries are considered. 177 patients with uterine fibroids associated with infertility were examined. By processing statistical data, it was revealed that the reception of the endometrium in women who have undergone treatment of uterine fibroids is determined not by the type of intervention, but by the features of the hemodynamics of myomatous nodes, as well as their location in relation to the uterine wall.
