Surgical treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm in a patient with severe concomitant diseases, previously undergone surgical interventions and age, cause high operational and anesthetic risks, which in turn raise the question of choosing the optimal method of surgical treatment. According to the "Clinical Recommendations", the priority of choice is endovascular surgery, as it provides an opportunity to choose a less traumatic technique for performing surgical treatment. There are difficulties in carrying out preoperative preparation, certain requirements are set for the anatomy of aneurysmal dilation and the arteries of the ilio-femoral segment. There is a need for the accuracy of diagnostic measures, the selection of the necessary delivery equipment and the stent graft itself. The article presents a clinical case of endovascular treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm in an older age group woman with a burdened somatic status and anamnesis of the disease.
