STUDY OF THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF THE USE OF GLUCOCORTICOID DRUGS DURING JAW BONE AUGMENTATION IN DENTAL PATIENTS

In the course of this study, the mechanism of action of betamethesone and its effectiveness were studied when used during bone tissue surgery in the upper and lower jaws. The expediency of using the drug as a preventive therapy for postoperative complications is substantiated. The features of the method of local administration of the drug are considered and a protocol for the use of betamethasone after bone grafting operations on the upper and lower jaws is drawn up.
