The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the conservative method of treatment of fractures of the lower jaw in patients with hypertension. The article examines the methods of treatment of patients admitted to the department of maxillofacial surgery on the first day, on 2-3 days and on the 7th day after injury. Using the original method of treatment, the author in his research proves the effectiveness of using the quantitative determination of human myeloperoxidase in plasma. This article may be useful for maxillofacial surgeons and dental surgeons.
