COMPATIBILITY OF A NEW BACTERIAL PREPARATION FOR PROTECTING AND STIMULATING PLANT GROWTH WITH CHEMICAL PESTICIDES

The possibility of joint use of a new preparation for crop production based on three Bacillus pumilus strains with chemical seed protectants was established in the conducted studies. It was revealed that the number of bacteria from the biological preparation when one hour after mixing with the pesticide remained at the same level as in the control (at least 1×109 CFU/ml), with 4 out of 5 studied agents – "Prestige", "Instivo", "Vincit" and "Maxim". A decrease in the number of bacilli was noted by one order only when mixed with the preparation "Bariton". When the resulting mixtures were kept for a day, no further decrease in the number in the variant with the pesticide "Bariton" was noted, however, with the preparation "Maxim", a decrease in titer to 4.53×108 CFU/ml was also recorded. Therefore, the new biopreparation has the greatest compatibility with the pecticides "Prestige", "Instivo" and "Vincit".
