PROSPECTIVE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPROVING GLONASS TIME-FREQUENCY SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT

The article describes the problem of improving the time-frequency support of GLONASS, which consists in the complication of the mutual clocks synchronization’s modern process, due to the significant improvement of its characteristics in terms of stability. Approaches to development the methodology for comparing onboard scales using modern and prospective GLONASS hardware are discussed. The measurements’ models developed within the framework of this methodology are presented, including both traditional direct measurements of ranges and query measurements, as well as its various combinations of ranges between coordinate vectors of navigation spacecrafts, non-auery measuring stations and navigation stations. The main features of the concept of processing measurements between the objects of the system using the proposed models are considered. The main uncertain factors to be evaluated are determined which have to evaluate in the process of technology development.
