This article discusses a new system of balanced scorecards, the metrics of which increase the effectiveness of decision-making on the quality development of the IT landscape in the organization in question. The authors of the article not only gathered standard metrics in one system, but also developed their own, which takes into account the specifics of business, its characteristics and specific problems. This will help to get a complete overview of the results of implementing new systems or changes in existing ones.
