The article presents the analysis of atmospheric air pollution in the city of Makhachkala by bioindication methods. The basis of these methods is to establish the presence of the most sensitive representatives of flora and fauna of the area. One of the important elements in monitoring the purity of the environment are representatives of the plant world, as they are most sensitive to the state of nature.
