THE EXPERIENCE OF USING A REPLACEABLE ABRASIVE NOZZLE ON THE GRECY CURETTE IN THE RESTORATION OF INFLAMMATORY PERIODONTAL DISEASES: A DEVELOPING CASE

Periodontitis is a biofilm-associated inflammatory inflammation of the periodontium, in which the microbial component of its initiation mainly receives chronic periodontitis (CP) and aggressive periodontitis (AgP). The aggressive form of periodontitis (AgP) develops due to its rapid progression, identification of signs, familial signs, and thinness of the subgingival biofilm. Early diagnosis and the presence of the beginning of treatment of periodontitis allow you to get good results. This article describes a clinical case of the treatment of aggressive periodontitis using a replaceable abrasive nozzle on the Grecy curette. Follow-up for 12 months shows an improvement in clinical and radiological parameters without recurrence.
