SOME ASPECTS OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF FUNGI OF THE GENUS TRAMETES QUEL IN THE CONDITIONS OF AZERBAIJAN

In the course of the studies, the ability of biomass formation in 27 strains of species of fungi of the genus Trametes Quel was assessed, which was found in the course of studies in 5 (T.hirsute, T.ochracea, T.pubescens, T.suaveolens and T.versicolor) species in Azerbaijan. It was shown that strains of fungi T.versicolor and T.hirzuta were identified as the most active in terms of both biomass formation in the vegetative phase and metabolite activity. This allows them to be used as food and feed.
