The work is devoted to the problem of managing the human resource potential of an innovative enterprise in the digital economic environment. The aim of the work is to improve the information apparatus and decision support tools for the organization of retraining and advanced training of innovative enterprises, based on the identified potential in group retraining. Decisions are made on the basis of incomplete information and the use of deep learning neural networks with genetic tuning of parameters. The developed software tool is a modular structure that provides full instrumental support at all stages of the decision-making process in the management of industrial training.
