TECHNOLOGY FOR CALCULATING THE BANDWIDTH OF AN IP TELEVISION SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND THE REQUIRED ARCHIVE DEPTH

The article considers the issue of traffic calculation technology in IP television surveillance systems to determine the network bandwidth averaged over logical segments, taking into account its efficiency factor, as well as the technologies used in it, requirements for network interfaces of active network equipment, identifying the needs for channel aggregation, calculating the capacity (volume) of the archive depth to determine the number of video servers and automated operator workstations, which together will guarantee high-quality uninterrupted transmission of video information.
