Diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles is a very common pathology in women that occurs during pregnancy and in the postpartum period, often combined with median and umbilical hernias, which in turn leads to symptomatic and aesthetic problems. This article provides an example of the treatment of 10 women using the REPA preaponeurotic endoscopic repair, which allows to restore the white line of the abdomen and perform hernioplasty without penetration into the abdominal cavity.
