THE INTELLIGENT FUTURE OF DIGITAL PLATFORMS: EFFICIENCY AND PROSPECTS

The article discusses the concept of digital platforms and their advantages. Based on the analysis of statistical data, an assessment of the prospects for the development of digital platforms in Russia was carried out. The concept of artificial intelligence, neural networks as the latest technologies that increase the efficiency of digital platforms is given. The problems of the use of artificial intelligence in the activities of digital platforms are identified and the prospects for their solution are determined. The author comes to the conclusion about the positive prospects for the development of digital platforms in Russia based on artificial intelligence. In the future, intelligent digital platforms can become the basis for creating new business models, organizing employee training and work, companies' interaction with government structures and other forms of socio-economic interaction. However, the development of intelligent digital platforms involves solving existing problems related to cybersecurity, privacy protection, compliance with ethical standards, overcoming the growth of competition as a result of reducing barriers to entry to the market, as well as the problem of shortage of highly qualified specialists with expertise in building a complex network of solutions that provide a seamless customer experience. Solving these problems will improve the efficiency of digital platforms in modern Russian conditions.
