DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF A HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE COMPLEX FOR VISUAL MONITORING OF THE CONDITION OF OBJECTS USING COMPUTER VISION TECHNOLOGIES AND INTELLIGENT DATA PROCESSING

The article describes the development and testing of a hardware and software complex (APC) for visual monitoring of the condition of engineering facilities using computer vision technologies and intelligent data processing. In modern conditions, with the increasing complexity and uniqueness of construction projects, the need for constant monitoring and control of their condition becomes more urgent. The authors of the article consider the use of computer vision technologies for continuous visual monitoring of objects and analysis of the obtained images. The paper describes the structure of the APC, which includes a high-resolution camera, a portable digital device, software, and a database. The results of the testing of the agro-industrial complex showed its effectiveness in real time, allowing continuous monitoring of objects, as well as analysis of changes and defects. This approach complements the data obtained from automated monitoring systems, allowing to identify cause-and-effect relationships between changes in the state of the object and external factors. The paper emphasizes the importance of using computer vision technologies in monitoring engineering facilities and the possibility of improving the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring, which is of great importance for ensuring the safety and efficient operation of complex construction facilities.
