In Russia, huge spaces separate producers of various products and consumers from each other. Therefore, the development of logistics companies and the use of their services is relevant in our country. However, a significant increase in the number of goods transported actualizes the problem associated with the need to improve the quality and efficiency of logistics companies. The purpose of the current article is to assess the relevance and effectiveness of solving these tasks in logistics based on the use of intelligent systems. The scientific value of the article consists in an attempt to systematize knowledge regarding the issue of improving the key parameters of the work of logistics companies through innovative technologies. The materials of the article may have practical significance and be useful for the management of modern logistics enterprises pursuing the goal of improving the key performance indicators of their enterprises.
