PRIMARY-MULTIPLE SKIN CANCER

Introduction. Primary multiple skin cancer (PMRCS) are malignant tumors of the epidermis, which are characterized by the appearance of more than one lesion on the skin or mucous membranes. PMRCS pose a serious medical and social problem due to their high incidence and tendency to relapse and metastasis. Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of 102 case histories of patients diagnosed with PMR was conducted, who were hospitalized in the oncology department of the university clinic in the period from 2015 to 2020. The analysis included an assessment of the clinical and morphological features of the disease, survey data, information about the treatment performed and long-term results. Results. The main risk factors of PMRK, the features of the clinical course and the consequences of the disease have been identified. Data on the frequency of side effects and the effectiveness of various treatment methods for PMRK have been obtained.
