Razumovsky Saratov State Medical University", Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. )

The aim of the study is to investigate the state of the haemostasis system depending on the presence of an aggravated oncoanamnesis and antithrombotic therapy on the example of cardiological patients according to the thrombodynamics test and the unfolded coagulogram. The influence of aggravated oncoanamnesis on the aggravation of procoagulant shifts was analysed. It was revealed that in patients with diseases of cardiovascular system oncoanamnesis significantly aggravates the existing hypercoagulant shifts even against the background of antithrombotic therapy. It is not possible to diagnose these shifts in full according to coagulogram data. On the background of absence of the conducted disaggregant therapy hypercoagulative shifts were also observed in patients of the main group. At the same time according to the thrombodynamics test the formation of more dense fibrin clot was observed. Due to the fact that the oncological process significantly reduces the effect of antithrombotic therapy in cardiological patients with oncoanamnesis, these patients require careful monitoring of haemostasis. The most informative and promising in this area of diagnostics of haemostasis disorders are global tests (thrombodynamics test).
