Osteomyelitis of the jaw is purulent and necrotic inflammatory disease of jaw bone infection-allergic nature of odontogenic or nonodontogenic origin. In this article we have a case report of mandible osteomyelitis after dental implant surgery. The decision was suggested, which can avoid massive surgical interventions. We showed outcomes of accomplished treatment on different stages. The goal of current work to define a role dental implantation in etiology, pathogenesis of jaw osteomyelitis; to define risk factors conducting to occurrence of complications and help our readership to wide knowledge of treatment modalities.
