INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT

At the present stage of society's development, making informed and effective management decisions plays a huge role. In the context of growing uncertainty and complexity of the external environment, the task of rapid response to changing conditions is becoming key for organizations of any scale and profile. In this regard, the importance of innovative development of decision-making systems increases, allowing timely response to challenges, reducing decision-making time and increasing their quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state and prospects for the development of innovative approaches to the design and operation of decision-making systems. The following aspects are considered: the use of artificial intelligence methods, neural networks, blockchain technologies, big data analytics, the Internet of things, augmented and virtual reality. The impact of innovations on the speed, quality, transparency and adaptability of decision-making processes is assessed. The results of the study allow us to draw conclusions about the prospects for the transformation of decision-making systems under the influence of digital technologies, as well as about the most important directions for further development of this area.
