EDUCATION 2.0: THE REVOLUTION OF NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION

This article presents an analysis of the impact of modern information technologies on education. Attention is focused on examining key innovative technologies, including mobile learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), cloud services, blockchain technology, and their integration into the educational process. The importance of applying artificial intelligence for the personalization of the educational process is emphasized, and the contribution of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR) in creating immersive and interactive learning environments is analyzed. The role of assistants based on artificial intelligence and chatbots in enhancing the efficiency of the learning process and in the interaction of students with course content is considered. The article provides an overview of the advantages and limitations of the aforementioned technologies, as well as their potential for improving the quality and accessibility of educational services.
