In the modern era of industrial transformations, the concept of ontologies becomes particularly relevant in the context of mass production. Ontologies, as formalized models of subject areas, provide unique tools for structuring and describing the knowledge necessary to optimize processes, manage data and improve the efficiency of production chains. The research is driven by a desire to understand how ontologies contribute to process improvement and support innovative management approaches in modern industrial environments. The article describes an approach to structuring information from manufacturing enterprises. Involved in the design and modeling of an ontological model with visualization in the form of a semantic connection between classes, relationships, constraints and axioms. As a result, the OntoMFG ontology was developed for mass production management. During the analysis and design, the main elements of the model were identified and connected by relationships between them, and restrictions and axioms were also developed for the correct behavior of the system. Using the developed method, mass production problems can be solved, including both the production process itself and the organizational process within the enterprise.
