This article is devoted to the comparative characterization of the results of multi-storey open reconstructions and hybrid operations on the arteries of the lower extremities from the point of view of the severity of multiple organ dysfunction, determined by the MODS scale. The study involved 98 people who underwent the described interventions and differed only in the number of points scored on the integral scale of organ failure. As a result of the study, indications for hybrid reconstruction of the arteries of the lower extremities were determined. It was concluded that in patients with a degree of multiple organ dysfunction of 6-12 points on the MODS scale, hybrid reconstruction in critical ischemia of the lower limb is the operation of choice.
