Based on electronic reporting forms from medical organizations in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania from 2019 to 2023 providing emergency surgical care for the adult population, we conducted an analysis of the dynamics of morbidity, surgical activity, overall and postoperative mortality, as well as the frequency of endoscopic hemostasis for patients with ulcerative gastroduodenal bleedings. We identified the main trends in providing care for this group of patients during this period as well as factors that influence the outcomes of treatment.
